Your website.
Your funnel.

A custom website and follow-up funnel with an owner dashboard. Edit your pages, media and FAQs, preview changes and publish them yourself.

$2,560USD · 3–4 weeks

Pages you can edit

Update text, images, videos, FAQs and bilingual copy. Duplicate approved page templates and reorder or hide their sections.

A complete funnel

Landing page, enquiry, thank-you step and registration guide, with source tracking and basic conversion events.

Email follow-ups

One form, instant confirmation, up to 3 email follow-ups and a human help option. Video production is a separate order.

Your owner dashboard

Manage website content and enquiries, preview your changes and publish them yourself. Keep referral pilot records in the same admin.

Detailed scope, your inputs & acceptance

Prospects can understand the offer and reach the correct external enrollment route with minimal help. You can keep the website current through an authenticated owner dashboard: edit content, preview changes and publish without coding or contacting a developer.

  • A custom introduction page and travel-business page using reusable templates, with English and Spanish content, mobile-friendly layout, one enquiry form and consent wording. Initially enter up to 15 FAQs; you can add more yourself. The owner dashboard controls text, images, video links, FAQs, testimonials, contact/social links, menus and page SEO titles/descriptions in both languages. Show, hide or reorder approved sections, duplicate approved page templates, and use draft, preview, publish and unpublish controls.
  • Place your supplied finished videos, or videos commissioned separately, within the explanation and registration journey. Stage 1 does not include video production, dubbing or subtitles. The optional video scope and rates are set out separately; the website can proceed while scripts and videos are prepared.
  • A clear registration guide linked to your official enrollment route. We will distinguish the travel-advisor offer from any separate representative enrollment option, using the product, price and country information you approve.
  • An authenticated owner dashboard combining website content controls and lead administration. Lead records hold name, contact, language, country, source/referral code and consent status, with status controls and export. Connect the form, record agreed source/conversion events, notify you, and send a confirmation plus up to three follow-up emails through one delivery service. Registration-link clicks are tracked as clicks, not completed enrollments.
  • A visible route to ask for human help. Follow-ups stop when someone opts out or is marked as registered; external registrations are updated manually unless an approved integration becomes available.
  • A manual referral pilot register in the custom admin, with separate records for partners, leads, verified enrollments and payment history. This preserves IDs and evidence for later migration. Before inviting partners or promising payments, confirm the program rules and an accepted payment route for each partner country. No partner dashboard or automatic commission engine is included in Stage 1.

Enrollment and mobile checks

Our earlier computer test showed that PlanNet hides its sponsor banner at phone widths, while its enrollment selection page still named Gynesis Royal. This explains the missing header in that test; it does not verify every iPhone session or the final travel-advisor commission. Stage 1 will test the actual agreed enrollment route on desktop, Android and real iPhone Safari, document sponsor confirmation, and provide a fallback help step. Changes to PlanNet’s own site remain with PlanNet.

What you provide

Brand name and assets; domain/service-account access; approved bilingual copy, offer details and eligible markets; support contact; and five invited testers with iPhone and Android access. Supply finished videos or order them separately; video work needs source scripts, applicable likeness/voice permissions and a fluent reviewer. Testing access is a dependency. Includes two consolidated revision rounds, an owner walkthrough and a guide to everyday dashboard editing and publishing.

How we confirm it is ready

You independently edit page text, replace an image/video link, update English and Spanish copy, reorder an approved section and publish a previewed change that appears on the website. Testers can access the content, submit the form and reach correct sponsor confirmation. We also test lead controls, source/conversion events, notifications, follow-ups, opt-out and the registered-lead stop rule. Tests stop before paid enrollment; a live purchase test requires separate coordination and authorization.

You choose how private it is: access by shared link, or a password/member login. A quiet URL alone is not access control.

02 / Your dashboard

You run the website.
We build the controls.

Everyday changes belong in your dashboard. Edit website content from Stage 1, then add training, products and events as their modules launch. No code or developer request for supported routine changes.

Dashboard controls, publishing & acceptance

Your dashboard controls the website

The public website is driven by content you manage in the authenticated owner dashboard. Within the agreed templates and supported types, you can add, edit, preview and publish independently. Routine publishing does not need coding, a developer, a support subscription or a per-change fee.

Available fromWhat you controlPublishing and setup

Reorder, show or hide approved sections and duplicate approved page templates. Existing lead controls and exports remain in the same dashboard.Draft, preview, publish and unpublish. Stage 2Add/edit lessons, modules and resources; edit FAQ answers and chatbot response copy within approved flows. Pause the bot, take over a conversation and view progress and handoffs.Initial entry: 10 lessons in 3 modules and 20 FAQs. Three chatbot flows remain the agreed flow scope.

Stage 4: eventsName, image/description, date/time/time zone, location or join link, capacity and registration link, RSVP or accepted checkout. Duplicate, draft, preview, publish, reschedule, cancel, unpublish/archive and export attendee CSV.Initial entry: 3 events. You add and manage further supported events yourself.

Initial setup is not a lifetime limit

The stated page, FAQ, lesson, module, product and event quantities describe initial content entry. We impose no ongoing record cap within the delivered templates and supported types; storage, infrastructure and provider limits still apply. Adding supported content does not incur a developer change fee. New layouts, product types, workflows or integrations receive a separate estimate.

We test your independence before acceptance

At Stage 1, you edit and publish a website change from the dashboard. At Stage 2, you add training content, update an answer, pause the bot and handle a conversation. At Stage 4, you independently create one product and one event, edit the price and event time, preview and publish them, then verify the changes on the live website without code or developer intervention.

An owner walkthrough and everyday operating guide are included. Support plans provide optional help, health checks and maintenance; they are not required to publish content. Platform permissions, payment acceptance, messaging limits and protected-access rules continue to apply.

03 / The roadmap

Expand when
the next need is clear.

Each stage is a separate decision. Launch the first release, learn from real enquiries and add the modules that earn their place.

The order is flexible. Your own products can launch before the referral portal if they are ready sooner.

02

When conversations and onboarding grow

Team hub & Instagram chatbot

Manage lessons, resources and approved answers yourself. Build a custom training area, website FAQ assistant and Instagram chatbot with human handoffs.

$3,840USD · 4–5 weeks

One eligible Instagram account, 20 initial approved answers and 3 flows. Required permissions and any Meta review affect launch timing.

Stage 2 scope and conditions

Add this when repeated questions and onboarding justify the next investment. We will build a custom team hub, website FAQ assistant and Instagram chatbot, with shared administration and clear human handoffs. Application features will be our custom code; hosting, email delivery, any AI model service and official Meta APIs remain external services.

  • A custom member area with login, completion tracking and an owner-managed training/resource library. Initial content entry includes ten supplied lessons across three modules. You can add or edit further lessons, modules and resources yourself within the supported formats; these setup quantities are not lifetime limits. Video production remains separate.
  • A custom website FAQ assistant initially configured with 20 approved questions. You can add/edit approved FAQ answers and bot response copy through the dashboard within the agreed flows. The assistant identifies itself as automated and hands unclear questions to you. It will not make earnings promises, decide commissions, or give personal legal or crisis advice. New interaction flows or integrations need a separate scope.
  • A custom Instagram chatbot for one eligible professional account through official Meta APIs. Include three agreed flows: incoming DMs, a reply to a qualifying comment where permitted, and human handoff. You can edit response copy within those flows, pause the bot and take over a conversation from the dashboard. Define triggers, approved content and stopping conditions before implementation. Bulk unsolicited messaging is excluded.
  • A custom owner view of enquiries, member progress and human handoffs, with an operating walkthrough and guide. A basic outreach lesson covers relevant communities, useful replies and permission-based follow-up. Initially add up to three genuine testimonials supplied with permission; your Stage 1 content controls let you manage further testimonials yourself.

Channel decisions before setup

Instagram needs an eligible professional account that is public, required permissions and accepted business use. We will agree an account compatible with your privacy preferences before implementation. Standard automated replies use a 24-hour window after the person messages you. A qualifying comment can receive one private reply within seven days; further messages require the person to reply, opening the standard 24-hour window. The build estimate excludes time for required permissions and any Meta review. Approval and uninterrupted API access are not guaranteed; if access is unavailable, we will agree a revised scope before substituting another channel.

WhatsApp business messaging currently prohibits MLM promotion. We therefore exclude automated WhatsApp promotion for the PlanNet-linked offer from this quote. Any later use for a separate offer must be assessed on its own eligibility; consent alone does not remove a prohibited-use restriction.

Reviews and trust

Google Business Profile setup is conditional on actual eligibility: online-only and lead-generation businesses are ineligible. If you have an eligible verified profile, we can link visitors to its reviews. A live reviews widget, verification, Google approval or acquisition of reviews is not promised in this scope.

How we confirm it is ready

You independently add a lesson/resource, update an FAQ answer and bot response, pause the bot and complete a human handoff. A member can sign in and complete a lesson; you can see completion. Twenty agreed FAQ tests must yield an approved answer or handoff. We test access controls, all three Instagram flows, messaging windows and stop conditions. Live Instagram acceptance depends on provider access; delays remain separate from build time.

03

After the manual pilot

Your referral portal

Give partners their own dashboard and manage verified enrollments, attribution and commission records in one place.

$6,800USD · 6–8 weeks

Suggested review point: 20 verified enrollments, or consistently more than 2 admin hours per week.

Stage 3 scope and conditions

Commission this stage after the manual pilot demonstrates real enrollments and a repeatable verification process. A useful first review point is 20 verified enrollments, or when administration consistently exceeds two hours per week. These are proposed review triggers, not sales forecasts or automatic commitments to build.

  • Free partner registration, approved country and language selection, training completion, a unique partner ID/link and a private dashboard. English and reviewed Spanish interface text are included; Thai and Burmese can be added later.
  • Lead capture from tracked links and manual entry for phone or social conversations. Use a referral code plus contact details for matching, record timestamps, flag duplicates and send competing claims to admin review. Agree an attribution window before development so late enrollments are handled consistently.
  • An admin queue to confirm external enrollment and received commission, record supporting evidence, and handle cancellations or reversals. A click or enquiry never counts as a completed sale. Direct PlanNet/InteleTravel synchronization is excluded unless approved technical access is confirmed and separately scoped.
  • An auditable commission ledger with pending verification, held, eligible, cancelled and paid states. Use the proposed $25 direct reward and $3 immediate-introducer reward only on qualifying enrollments. No payment is earned just for inviting a partner. Include the conditional 90-day hold from actual registration and final checks before payment.
  • Owner-controlled prospective rates, eligibility and hold settings, with historical rule versions preserved. The introducer qualification period, bonus rules, dispute process and treatment of refunded paid commissions must be settled before build. The initial scope covers two paid positions per enrollment, not an unlimited compensation-plan builder.
  • Monthly payout reports for your approval, manual payment-reference recording and reconciliation. Funds remain in your business accounts; a ledger balance is not money held by the software. International transfers and a stored-value wallet are outside this stage.
  • Two roles, partner and administrator; activity history, role-based access, backups, CSV export and one agreed-format migration of up to 1,000 existing records. Duplicate or incomplete historical records will be reviewed before import.

Acceptance and release

We will test direct and introduced referrals, duplicate claims, late enrollment, rejection, a full hold period using test dates, cancellation, reversal and reconciliation. Tests must show no commission released early or paid twice, and no partner able to access another partner’s private records. Launch begins with a small invited group before broader access.

This estimate assumes one travel enrollment offer, one approved compensation model and one migration template. We will confirm the final specification and price after reviewing pilot records. Additional payout tiers, integrations or complex data cleanup receive a separate estimate.

04

When your content is ready

Add products & events yourself

Create products, courses and events in your dashboard. Edit details, prices, files, dates and registration settings, then preview and publish without a developer.

$3,360USD · 4–5 weeks

We populate 3 products, 3 events and up to 10 course lessons at launch. You can add more using the supported templates; these are setup allowances, not ongoing limits.

Stage 4 scope and conditions

Add a custom owner dashboard for products, course content and events, with protected delivery and one hosted checkout integration after provider acceptance. Manage names, descriptions, images, prices/currencies supported by that checkout, downloads, access and basic coupons. For events, manage name, image/description, date/time/time zone, location or join link, capacity and registration by link, RSVP or accepted checkout; export attendees to CSV, reschedule, cancel or unpublish. Create, duplicate, save drafts, preview, publish and archive supported products/events without coding. Content production and delivery of live events remain with you.

We initially enter three paid products, including one course with ten supplied lessons, and three events. These are content-entry allowances, not ongoing record caps: add more yourself within supported types, subject to infrastructure, storage and service limits. Includes purchase confirmation, refund/access handling, owner walkthrough and guide. Acceptance requires you to independently create one product and one event, edit price and event time, preview, publish and verify the live website changes without a developer. We also test an approved purchase, delivery and refund flow. New layouts, product types, workflows or integrations are separately quoted; product referral commissions remain separate, and external travel-enrollment pricing stays unchanged.

Included in Stage 2

Turn Instagram interest
into a clear next step.

A custom chatbot connects conversations to your funnel and team dashboard.

  • Answer incoming DMs using your approved FAQs and share the right page or video.
  • Send an eligible private reply to selected post or reel comments. Continue the conversation after the person replies.
  • Collect the agreed enquiry details with permission and hand complex questions to you in the custom inbox.

Included per original video

Polish of your supplied script, a standard avatar and voice where appropriate and permitted, editing, captions and 1080p delivery in one agreed aspect ratio. Includes two consolidated revision rounds. You approve the script and any use of your likeness or voice before production. Standard video-production usage is included in the fee.

Additional language versions

Includes translated voice and captions for the same approved video and content. You or your designated fluent reviewer must approve the language before final delivery. The rate does not include a new script, different story or material re-edit. Language/voice availability and suitability will be confirmed before the order; full page or portal localization is separate.

Scope and payment

A new script or material re-edit counts as a new original video. Videos longer than three finished minutes, custom avatar creation, live filming/shooting and other special production receive separate quotes. Additional aspect ratios or revision rounds require an agreed change quote. Each video quote uses 50% payment at start and 50% on approved delivery. The production schedule is confirmed separately after scripts, assets, permissions and language reviewers are ready.

The suggested launch pack contains one business explanation and one registration walkthrough, each in English and Spanish. It is $560 in addition to the $2,560 Stage 1 fee, making a combined budget of $3,120 if both are ordered. It is optional; supplying your own finished videos leaves Stage 1 at $2,560.

05 / Investment

Support terms and external cost allowances

You can edit and publish supported content yourself without a support subscription or per-change developer fee. Support is optional operational/editing assistance. From Stage 2 onward, the expanded plan replaces the initial plan for the agreed combined system. Hours do not roll over; target initial response is within two business days. 24-hour incident cover and new features need separate agreement. Each stage includes 30 days of defect correction after acceptance.

Allow $50–$150 per month for initial infrastructure, rising to $100–$300 per month as the team hub and custom system expand. These planning allowances cover hosting, database/storage and ordinary email/service use; infrastructure is additional to support fees. Domains, usage overages, AI model/API usage beyond the allowance, transaction fees and external language review are additional. Your business pays service providers directly where possible. Video-production fees include standard production usage, with no separate standard video-tool usage charge.

06 / Future possibilities

Room for the
bigger vision.

Add languages, payment integrations and a travel marketplace when the business and provider relationships are ready.

More page languages

$280–$560 / language

Add reviewed Thai or Burmese page copy. Video language versions are priced separately at $80 each.

Limits and dependencies

Thai or Burmese page localization: allow $280–$560 per language for up to 1,500 words of existing page content using reviewed copy. You provide or approve the fluent language review. Video language versions are separate at $80 per additional language per approved video of up to three minutes. Full portal/interface translation needs its own scope.

International payouts

Quote after provider acceptance

Confirm an accepted payment route and business model before building automated transfers.

Limits and dependencies

International payout integration: assess business-model acceptance, sender and recipient countries, funding, recipient verification and fees first. Stripe is not assumed to support this referral model. Its policy prohibits specified commission or recruitment-based MLM services. We will quote implementation only after a suitable provider accepts the disclosed use.

A travel marketplace

$1,200 discovery allowance

Explore direct supplier access and booking operations as a separate future project.

Limits and dependencies

Direct travel marketplace: a separate future project. Start with a $1,200 discovery allowance for supplier access, inventory, booking and refund flows, commercial requirements and a build estimate. Integration alone does not guarantee better margins or remove the need for supplier agreements and operations.

Confirm the offer and access

Brand, domain, service account ownership, official sponsored enrollment route, current fees and eligible markets.

Prepare the content

Brand assets, approved English and Spanish page copy, plus the scripts, languages and presenter consent for any video order.

Agree the launch conditions

Privacy level, human support contact and five invited testers with access to iPhone and Android devices.

Approve one stage

Confirm the custom build scope, price and schedule. Choose videos separately; we demonstrate the work before release.

Delivery, ownership & commercial terms

Delivery and commercial terms

Each stage begins only after we agree its scope, delivery estimate and fee. Proposed stage payments are 40% at kickoff, 40% at the reviewable staging version and 20% after acceptance. For Stage 1 at $2,560, that is $1,024, $1,024 and $512. Optional video work is separately quoted and ordered, with 50% at its start and 50% at approved delivery. A suggested pack is not an order. Applicable taxes and third-party charges are additional.

We will share progress weekly, maintain a short decisions list, and demonstrate the work before release. Timelines are working estimates from receipt of required assets, access and approvals. Content delays, provider reviews or material changes may change the schedule. Requests outside the agreed scope will receive a price and timing estimate before work starts.

Your business owns its domain, data and service accounts. After payment for each stage, we hand over its custom source code, design assets, data exports, deployment access and operating documentation. Owner dashboard controls let you publish supported content and records independently, without a developer or per-change fee. Standard libraries/services remain under their licences and terms. New layouts, unsupported product types, workflows and integrations require a separate estimate. We collect only necessary information; restricted member records stay off the public site.

What we need to confirm for Stage 1

  • Your public brand name, domain, approved hosting/email accounts and the service accounts the custom platform will use. No ClickFunnels or third-party membership, response or commerce platform is required for the application features.
  • Approved bilingual page copy, current enrollment product and fees, eligible customer markets, and the exact sponsored enrollment route. Confirm whether you will supply finished videos or request a separate production quote.
  • Whether initial access should be open by shared link or restricted by a password/login, plus the English and Spanish reviewer and human support contact.
  • Acceptance of the Stage 1 custom scope, $2,560 fee, reusable page templates and dashboard controls. If wanted, separately approve the two-video English/Spanish pack at $560 or another defined video order.

Our referral relationship

We are open to discussing a separate arrangement for businesses you introduce to 7th Pillar. We should define a qualified introduction, attribution, fee, payment trigger and exclusions in a short separate agreement. No referral income, discount or future commission is assumed in the development prices above.

Recommended next step

Agree Stage 1, confirm the domain, service accounts and reusable website templates, and build the first explanation/registration journey with your own content dashboard. Optional videos can run alongside it. You can continue the referral pilot and prepare products; an owner walkthrough will show how to update and publish without us. Choose later investments from the first release and pilot results.

Platform references

Platform eligibility was checked on 12 October 2026 and should be rechecked before activation. The current constraints shape the proposed scope; no account or provider approval is implied.

Why we recommend this structure

Gynesis, we recommend starting with a private, link-led way for someone to understand your travel-business offer, access approved explanations, find answers and reach the correct registration page. This addresses your immediate priority while you continue testing the referral model personally.

Your broader brand will centre on advocacy and helping people build businesses. Travel will be the first offering, with room for your own courses, digital resources and events. We recommend one main website with focused sections for each offer. Its content will be managed through your own dashboard, so you can update the live website and add supported products and events without a developer.

Start with one usable release

Our proposed starting scope is a custom-built Stage 1 at $2,560 USD, delivered in approximately 3–4 weeks after content, account access and approvals are ready. Video production is quoted separately. Public webinars, advertising and a full referral commission portal can wait until you choose to expand.

StageResultEstimate USDBuild time
1Custom website with content dashboard, lead admin, registration funnel and emails$2,5603–4 weeks
2Custom team hub, website FAQ assistant and Instagram chatbot$3,8404–5 weeks
3Custom referral portal after the manual pilot$6,8006–8 weeks
4Custom product and event platform with owner publishing and protected delivery$3,3604–5 weeks

These are proposed implementation budgets for separate decisions. The four-stage core roadmap totals $16,560 USD, excluding optional videos, additions, taxes and operating costs. You can launch Stage 1 and pause there. Later stages can be reordered; Stage 4 can precede Stage 3 if your products become ready sooner. There is no requirement to commit to the full roadmap.

A custom platform that your business owns

We will build the website, funnel, lead administration, team hub and product platform from scratch as the agreed stages proceed. Your authenticated owner dashboard will control the agreed website content and templates, with product, event and team controls added at their stages. We will not use ClickFunnels or a third-party membership, response or commerce platform to supply those features. Standard hosting, email, payment and official Meta services remain necessary. Your business owns the paid-for custom code, data, domain and service accounts, with handover and export access.

The initial rollout will use links shared with your existing network. Content that needs restricted access will use an agreed access control; an unlisted page alone does not prevent forwarding. Video production is optional: $200 per original video of up to three finished minutes in one language, plus $80 per additional language version. Two English videos with Spanish versions would cost $560, bringing Stage 1 with that optional pack to $3,120.
