When conversations and onboarding grow
Team hub & Instagram chatbot
Manage lessons, resources and approved answers yourself. Build a custom training area, website FAQ assistant and Instagram chatbot with human handoffs.
One eligible Instagram account, 20 initial approved answers and 3 flows. Required permissions and any Meta review affect launch timing.
Stage 2 scope and conditions
Add this when repeated questions and onboarding justify the next investment. We will build a custom team hub, website FAQ assistant and Instagram chatbot, with shared administration and clear human handoffs. Application features will be our custom code; hosting, email delivery, any AI model service and official Meta APIs remain external services.
- A custom member area with login, completion tracking and an owner-managed training/resource library. Initial content entry includes ten supplied lessons across three modules. You can add or edit further lessons, modules and resources yourself within the supported formats; these setup quantities are not lifetime limits. Video production remains separate.
- A custom website FAQ assistant initially configured with 20 approved questions. You can add/edit approved FAQ answers and bot response copy through the dashboard within the agreed flows. The assistant identifies itself as automated and hands unclear questions to you. It will not make earnings promises, decide commissions, or give personal legal or crisis advice. New interaction flows or integrations need a separate scope.
- A custom Instagram chatbot for one eligible professional account through official Meta APIs. Include three agreed flows: incoming DMs, a reply to a qualifying comment where permitted, and human handoff. You can edit response copy within those flows, pause the bot and take over a conversation from the dashboard. Define triggers, approved content and stopping conditions before implementation. Bulk unsolicited messaging is excluded.
- A custom owner view of enquiries, member progress and human handoffs, with an operating walkthrough and guide. A basic outreach lesson covers relevant communities, useful replies and permission-based follow-up. Initially add up to three genuine testimonials supplied with permission; your Stage 1 content controls let you manage further testimonials yourself.
Channel decisions before setup
Instagram needs an eligible professional account that is public, required permissions and accepted business use. We will agree an account compatible with your privacy preferences before implementation. Standard automated replies use a 24-hour window after the person messages you. A qualifying comment can receive one private reply within seven days; further messages require the person to reply, opening the standard 24-hour window. The build estimate excludes time for required permissions and any Meta review. Approval and uninterrupted API access are not guaranteed; if access is unavailable, we will agree a revised scope before substituting another channel.
WhatsApp business messaging currently prohibits MLM promotion. We therefore exclude automated WhatsApp promotion for the PlanNet-linked offer from this quote. Any later use for a separate offer must be assessed on its own eligibility; consent alone does not remove a prohibited-use restriction.
Reviews and trust
Google Business Profile setup is conditional on actual eligibility: online-only and lead-generation businesses are ineligible. If you have an eligible verified profile, we can link visitors to its reviews. A live reviews widget, verification, Google approval or acquisition of reviews is not promised in this scope.
How we confirm it is ready
You independently add a lesson/resource, update an FAQ answer and bot response, pause the bot and complete a human handoff. A member can sign in and complete a lesson; you can see completion. Twenty agreed FAQ tests must yield an approved answer or handoff. We test access controls, all three Instagram flows, messaging windows and stop conditions. Live Instagram acceptance depends on provider access; delays remain separate from build time.
